Sake: The History, Stories and Craft of Japan’s Artisanal Breweries is a compendium honouring the historical craft of Sake, or more commonly known in Japan as ‘Nihonshu’.

The compendium features the stories of hundreds of breweries, passed down for generations across 27 prefectures in Japan. A combination of tasting notes, imagery, and stories that celebrate the living tradition deeply woven into Japan’s heritage.
